Realistic Investors is a locally-owned real estate management and investment firm. We have been operating in the Columbus markets since 2000 with focus on buying and remodeling undervalued one and two-family homes and then renting out those properties to well-qualified renters.

Credit Investment

For highly qualified investors (660 or higher Beacon score, household income of $70,000/year or more) buyers can acquire properties for NO CASH DOWN! 

Private Equity Fund

This is a cash investment opportunity, in units of $50,000 in a pool of properties, should be a 15% return, paid quarterly, with 90 days liquidity for 3 to 5 years, with a guaranted of 1099 capital gains treatment on profits.

Professional Property Management

For investors who already own property, and would like to have a professional management group handle rental, maintenance, etc., our property management team can help!
